A Note about sourcing
At our foundation is the relationships with local farmers who promote earth friendly and sustainable practices. It is our duty to honor the systems that nourish us. As a producer and provider of food it is incumbent on us to be transparent with our ethos and promote the farmers and purveyors practicing the production of sustainability. That means that ALL meat is from local, sustainable sources that honor the land and livestock to produce environmentally friendly sausage, salamis and bacon. The vegetables are from local and organic farmers. The flour is local and sustainable and the tomatoes are certified organic.
This means better for you, better for the environment and better for the workers producing the product.
