What We Do
Our standardized service involves our truck arriving on site between 1.5 - 2 hours before dinner service to begin preparations. Our truck footprint is 30' X 15' and it needs to be a level parking space. We set up a service table near our truck for your guests to receive their appetizers, pizza slices, side dishes and salads. A unique menu of 4 pizzas will be developed based on seasonal ingredients and your personal preferences. The menu will be ubiquitously available throughout dinner service for your guests.
We will adhere to state and county Health Guidelines for where the event takes place including rules regarding restaurants, caterers and gatherings.
